Chercheur et critique, il a participé à plusieurs festivals nationaux et internationaux, avec de nombreux articles et études critiques du film. Il a écrit "jamaliat al hakii": "l'esthétique de parler" en 2004, et sous presse "soual al jamal fi assinima al arabia" : "une question de beauté dans le cinéma arabe", il a participé à de nombreux programmes, de séminaires et d'émissions radio et de télévision et a supervisé de nombreux ateliers, un ancien membre de la formation dans de nombreux comités d'arbitrage, et un membre du comité de rédaction de la revue électronique du cinéma "al faouaniss"

Un spécialiste dans les maladies rhumatismales (rhumatologue) et l'un des membres fondateurs et de nombreuse associations, fondateur et ancien président de l'Association de Médecins de Khouribga … Auteur de nombreuses conférences, membre de la Société internationale pour la lutte contre les maladies rhumatismales

Mr Rachid LAROUSSI
Scénariste, écrivain et acteur, diplômé de l'Institut supérieur d'art dramatique et la revitalisation culturelle du ministère de la Culture, a participé à un certain nombre de séries de télévision, à la première et la deuxième chaine de télévision nationales, sous l'égide du Ministère de la Culture a participé à plusieurs festivals de cinéma, du théâtre national et international, à des programmes de radio et télévision, a de l'expérience dans le domaine de la supervision technique des événements culturels et artistiques.

L'Association du Festival International du Film Documentaire de Khouribga (AFIFDOK) organisera chaque année un festival sous un thème particulier avec
une soirée et un film d'ouverture
des films de compétition selon le thème
des films hors compétition
des ateliers concernant le FILM DOCUMENTAIRE
des expositions artistiques : peintures, photographies, reliques
des tables rondes et conférences de spécialistes de différents organismes
une soirée de fermeture : musique, théâtre, poésie et remise des prix avec hommage pour des personnalités du cinéma en particulier
Un programme annuel est établi
· Des ateliers concernant les métiers du cinéma dans les collèges, les lycées, les facultés et les établissements de l'enseignement supérieur. Ceci concerne les établissements publics et privés.
Des conférences et des tables rondes
· Compagnes de sensibilisation et d'éducation dans les villes et les compagnes de la province de Khouribga
Des compagnes évoluant dans le processus de l'INDH (l'Initiative nationale pour le développement humain
D'autres projets à long termes
Pour ce premier festival cette manifestation sera celle de la proximité géographique, économique et linguistique. Nous proposons :
Pour les Etats arabes
* du Maghreb arabe: Algérie, la Tunisie et la Libye, en plus du pays hôte, le Maroc
* le reste des pays arabes: l'Égypte et l'un des pays arabes du Golfe (Qatar proposé)
Pour les pays non-arabes
* France, Italie et Espagne
Activités parallèles
* Un colloque scientifique sur le thème: "Les enjeux du documentaire dans le contexte de la mondialisation", avec la participation d'enseignants et de chercheurs
* Des ateliers de formation en photographie, l'édition et l'écriture du scénario du film documentaire
Des accords de partenariat et de coopération avec des institutions scientifiques et de la formation et de l'éducation à Khouribga et avec des festivals internationaux de films documentaires.

Dr. Bouchaib EL MESSAOUDI: A specialist in the rheumatic diseases (rheumatologist) and one of the founder members and many associations, founder and former president of the Association of Doctors of Khouribga… Author of many conferences, member of the international Company for the fight against the rheumatic diseases.
Dr. ARAB Abdelhadi: Researcher in the field of sociology has many articles and studies on philosophical/sociological nature…. With contributed to many social studies.
Mr. Rachid LAROUSSI: Scenario writer, writer and actor, graduate of the higher Institute of dramatic art and the cultural revitalization of the ministry for the Culture, took part in a certain number of series of television, with the first and the second national chains of television, under the aegis of the Ministry for the Culture took part in several festivals of cinema, of the theatre national and international, with programs of radio and television, experiment in the field of the technical supervision of the cultural and artistic events.
