MEDUSAPROD est une association loi 1901 qui propose un ensemble de services autour de la musique et du son : prise de son acoustique, mixage, compositions avec arrangements. Situé à Marseille, ce studio accueille des artistes de toute l’Afrique et de tout le bassin méditerranéen comme les griots guinéens Oumar et Kandia Kouyate, Seny Malomou de guinée forestière ou encore Germaine Kobo originaire du Congo pour un album de chansons à texte aux influences africaines. Aux travers les différentes expériences et rencontres de Stéphane Salerno (compositeur et arrangeur du studio MEDUSAPROD) avec Secouba Camara, Sidiki Yayo et Mikaël Bangoura (respectivement chorégraphe, premier choriste et batteur de l'ensemble instrumental de Guinée), ou encore avec le batteur chanteur du groupe "Farafina" Paco Yé ainsi que son fondateur Mahma Konaté, cette structure favorise l'immersion de la musique traditionnelle africaine et orientale.

Behind the different experiences and encounters Stéphane Salerno (composer and arranger studio MEDUSAPROD) with Secouba Camara, Sidiki Yayo and Mikael Bangoura (choreographer respectively, the first singer and drummer of the ensemble of Guinea), or with drummer singer group "Farafina" Paco Ye and its founder Mahma Konaté, it encourages traditional African and oriental music.
