The 12th Abuja International Film Festival (AIFF) is scheduled to hold from 26th – 30th October 2015. The Festival is affiliated to four major international festivals; Durban International Film Festival, Dahlegona International Film Festival Georgia, Zimbabwe International Film Festival and Commonwealth International Film Festival. Directed by Arterial Network member Fidelis Duker, AIFF offers a contemporary and liberal platform for filmmakers around the world to exhibit the excellence of the film art in the capital city of Nigeria, the home of Nollywood.

The Abuja International Film Festival is an initiative of the NAFIFO VENTURES an organization registered under the corporate affairs commission BN LIS 001064 of 17th march 2004. The Festival is affiliated to four major international festivals; DURBAN INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL, DAHLEGONA INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL GEORGIA, ZIMBABWE INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL AND COMMONWEALTH INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL.

It’s an event that must be supported by government and the Nigerian film corporation is solidly behind the Abuja film festival and all other such events.
