December 20,2014 The Ministry of Sports and Culture officially launched Miss Rwanda 2015 beauty pageant ahead of a national search expected to culminate in the crowning of a winner at a grand finale to take place in Kigali, Rwanda on 21st February 2015.
While launching the pageant, Minister for Sports and Culture Hon. Amb. Joseph HABINEZA unveiled the theme for this years’ content, which is “Rwandan, Beauty, Brain and Culture”.
Grand finale and crowning of the winner slated for February 21, 2015.Once crowned, the reigning Miss Rwanda 2015 will go home with a brand new SUZUKI SWIFT (2014 model) and a monthly salary of 1000 USD for the whole year and become a brand ambassador of AIRTEL among other things .
She will also engage in different activities that will entail extensive travel around Rwanda and the world as an ambassador for her country as well as charity work and most importantly she will act as a role model for the young women within the Rwandan society.
