MOTO – Novemba/November 2014 – Mobile stories!

English

At the last Moto meeting we discussed new ways for people to share their stories, both in different media & as ways to start sharing. We had the idea of creating short movies on mobile phones, which capture a story you want to tell. They should be no longer than 5 minutes and everyone is welcome to share one. The idea is to also encourage experimentation, the work doesn't need to be perfect, have a script, or even well filmed – it just has to have a story that grabbed you and that you wanted to share! We also have an amazing venue with wall ready for showing films & video so we want to make use of it!

If you would prefer to share written work, that is also always welcome, and you can share with the group beforehand or read (nominate someone to read) on the evening!

Karibuni! Hope to see you there!
