Afrika Handmade is the first ever symposium focusing on contemporary craft and design.
Developed as a strategic activity under our market development program, Afrika Handmade seeks to generate visibility for contemporary craft and therefore create new market opportunities and strenghten existing ones- especially within the domestic market.
The event will also provide a great networking opportunity for artisans within the craft and design sector. Through panel presentations, one-on-one mentorship sessions and mini workshops, participants will get a great opportunity to learn and share information, opportunities and resources among peers.
